Submit Your Poster & Video

RESEARCH SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

Make sure you have the following files and information before entering the registration website at fultonchair.byu.edu:

1. Abstract of your poster — approximately 50 words (to be used in the judging process) PDF of your poster (to be used in the judging process)
2. 30-60 second video, explaining your research (to be used in the judging process)
3. Names, Net IDs, and emails of your co-investigators
4. Name of your faculty mentor (must be faculty in FHSS)
5. Categories to enter your poster (department, undergraduate or graduate, and centers)
6. Check that your email address is correct in MyBYU so we can send you a confirmation email (NOTE: if you do not receive an automatic email within 30 minutes of registering, contact the Dean's Office at (801) 422-2085 or fhss@byu.edu to ensure we received your poster file.)
7. Once your poster has been successfully uploaded and confirmed, you may not re-submit! Please make sure you upload your final draft!
