Biography

Dr. Stay completed his doctoral work in neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine under Dora Angelaki and Roy Sillitoe. He then did postdoctoral neurobiology research at Stanford University under Jennifer Raymond.

Research Interests

Dr. Stay examines sensorimotor signaling and control in the vestibulo-ocular circuit to determine how neural computations produce behavioral learning. He uses a combination of in vivo high density electrophysiology, genetic circuit manipulation, and behavioral testing.
