The Darius Gray Black History Month Lecture will be presented by Alexis Wells-Oghoghomeh of Stanford University. She will illuminate the prominence of “witchcraft” in discourses about African and African American women’s religiosity prior to, during, and after Salem.
The 21st Annual Marjorie Pay Hinckley Lecture will be delivered by Pamela Ebstyne King of Fuller Theological Seminary. King is known for her psychologically informed approach to spiritual practices.
Martin Hickman Belonging & Diversity Award recipient David-James Gonzales will draw on his scholarly research and personal experiences with students and colleagues to share insights on BYU’s unique position among U.S. colleges and universities to become the destination for Christ-centered belonging in higher education.
